If you suspect you or a loved one has suffered a traumatic brain injury:

Get medical attention from a doctor (i.e. neurologist or neurosurgeon) who specializes in brain injuries. As with most other injuries, if you have been injured, you require medical treatment, but unlike many other traumas, in the case of brain damage, the longer the delay between the injury and the rehabilitation, the more difficult the problems are to treat with the risk that they might become permanent.

If certain statutes of limitations and/or notice requirements are not satisfied, you could lose all the rights and benefits provided by the Act.

Contact Us if you have been injured. It is important that you act promptly as certain statutes of limitations apply and you can lose your rights to be compensated.
