Get Your Life Back

Fact: Auto accidents on our nation’s roadways are a serious threat and a leading cause of death for those under the age of thirty-four. Annually over 40,000 people are killed in approximately five million motor vehicle accidents. This amounts to approximately 110 fatalities per day, and results in nearly 14,000 victims of motor vehicle accidents per day. Unfortunately, during your lifetime, you are likely to be involved in at least one auto accident.

Protect your rights if you were injured
in a motor vehicle accident:

  • Gather all necessary information from all drivers, e.g.;
    • their names and addresses,
    • their driver’s license number,
    • insurance information,
    • make and year of their cars
    • the names and addresses of all the passengers in their cars if possible.
  • Equally important, get an accident report, (but not until at least five days after the accident occurred) from the police department which responded to the accident.
    • Do not rely on the “Motorist Report” that you may have received from the police officer at the scene of the accident.
  • It is also prudent to contact a physician following a car accident. Even in simple “fender bender” car accidents, a person can suffer back and neck injuries that may have a lasting effect.
  • Get the names and phone numbers of all witnesses to the accident.

Do not make any type of statement
or sign any papers without first consulting with us.

Anything said or signed at the time of the accident can be used against you and may prevent you from receiving compensation that you may have otherwise been able to receive.

Many complex legal and insurance issues are involved in motor vehicle accidents. Determining who is at fault is one of the more difficult factors. Even if someone involved in a car accident believes that they are partially at fault for the accident, they may still be able to recover damages.

Contact Us if you have been injured. It is important that you act promptly as certain statutes of limitations apply and you can lose your rights to be compensated.

The initial review of your case and the consultation is free. We look forward to working with you and we know you will be pleased with our services.
